In a day when you find so many people complaining about the service they get from companies — it’s so refreshing when you can find a company that goes over and above to provide services to a customer.
Such was my recent experience with Diva Knitting and, dear reader(s), this is not an isolated incident either! The owner of Diva is one of the nicest peeps you’d ever want to meet, and will always go over and above to be sure you are happy and bend over backwards to make things easy for you. THANK YOU, Cheryl – it was such a pleasure (as always!) doing business with you, and I really appreciate you working with my brother a couple of weeks ago for the surprise order they placed for me, too! You’re AWESOME and I hope your business will thrive forever — it’s not often you find businesses like this in this part of the world — and it’s very refreshing!
